I worked with Anjali on the publication of my daughter’s book for children, I Love To Be Me. We never shared a phone call that didn’t include kind words and warm laughter. Anjali was a pleasure to do business with. She will be missed.

Just as the ink had begun to dry on the pages of 'Cry for Justice-A Murdered Child’s Legacy,' my friend and publisher Anjali Sondhi passed away suddenly. The shock and sadness of all those that had the opportunity to work alongside Anjali in the publishing world was palpable. This iconic woman will never be forgotten by those that were lucky enough to watch her make author’s dreams come to fruition. Anjali’s passion to make this world a better place for those living in it will carry on for decades through the trees she planted for every book her publishing company sold. The world has lost a vital, loving, beautiful lady. Anjali did so much for so many, as well as for Planet Earth. Her work with childrens' literature and charities was fantastic. Anjali Sondhi was not only a unique person, but also a publisher with a vision. A green vision. She cared very much about the environment and constantly looked for ways to reduce the books' footprint and support the environment. I liked the fact that she was "green", but at the same time was business minded and looked for ways to do well by doing good . We were part of this effort and enjoyed every bit of this partnership. We definitely need more publishers like her who will follow her leadership, adopting her vision and spirit.
